Non-members - $200.00 rental plus $100.00 *cleaning fee 

*If the clubhouse is left in a clean and orderly condition after use, the cleaning fee will be returned.

The cost for a pool party is $150.00 (Max 20 guests, additional guests $5.00 each) plus a $25.00 cleaning deposit. Members may have pool parties, but the pool is never closed to our members.
