Rentals

Members may have pool parties, but the pool is never closed to our members. The cost for a pool party is $150.00 (Max 20 guests, additional guests $5.00 each) plus a $25.00 cleaning deposit. 

Members - $100.00 rental fee plus a $75.00 deposit 

Non-members - $200.00 rental fee plus a $100.00 deposit 

The rest of the clubhouse is not available for rent. 

If the clubhouse is left in a clean and orderly condition after use, the deposit will be returned.
